Luigi’s Dairy Beef is built on one idea: if you look after the animal and the land, the flavour looks after itself. We use dairy breeds, pasture-based grazing and a proprietary natural feeding regime to produce beef with tender texture, clean flavour and beautiful yellow fat.

Jersey High butterfat genetics create a signature deep yellow fat and silken marbling. This produces a concentrated, succulent flavor profile in compact, high-performing cuts.

Guernsey Golden milk traits deliver a vibrant yellow fat and deeply flavored beef. This breed provides a rich, traditional character with striking visual appeal and consistent quality.

Holstein A robust, deep beefy flavor is complemented by a generous, rich cream-colored fat layer. These larger primals offer a savory mouthfeel and consistent tenderness for high-yielding needs.

Jersey x Angus This cross combines intense marbling with distinctive yellow fat for a deep, buttery flavor. It bridges the gap between efficiency and luxury with exceptional eating quality.
